Youth Sunday Shirt Order Form

To celebrate our upcoming Youth Sunday, we are offering commemorative T-Shirts for purchase. These shirts are a great way to show your support for our youth ministry and represent our church community on this special day. Shirts are $20 each. You can order your shirt by filling out the form attached to this announcement or in person on Sundays. Orders are to be submitted by 5 PM on March 19th, to ensure delivery and distribution is done by Fifth Sunday.

In the additional comments section when making your payment, please write "T Shirt" so we can properly identify your order. Be sure to enter your name on this form exactly as it appears on your Givelify payment so we can match your order with your payment. Orders will ONLY be processed once payment has been received.
